These terms govern your use of Stimulus ("the Service"), a workout tracking web application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Stimulus is a free workout tracking tool that helps you log exercises, track progressive overload, and analyze your training. The Service is provided "as is" during its beta period.
You own your workout data. We store it to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time (JSON or CSV) and delete your account whenever you choose. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Stimulus includes AI-powered features: the Stimulus Coach (chat), AI-generated training programs, weekly check-ins, post-workout summaries, and dashboard nudges. These features provide general fitness information based on your training data. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
AI-generated coaching suggestions and training programs may contain errors or be unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated advice or programming is appropriate for you.
AI features are subject to daily usage limits (e.g., messages per day, program generations per day). These limits may change at any time. AI features may also be modified, restricted, or removed without prior notice.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Strava, Anthropic). Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. During the beta period, features may change without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stimulus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is a tracking tool, not a medical device. We are not liable for any injury resulting from following AI Coach suggestions or workout data displayed in the app.
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
